Trio Properties was founded in 1980. The proprietors, Ronnie and Stella van Coller, are going from strength to strength to this day.
Originally located in Klerksdorp’s inner city, the business premises were relocated in 2002. Today, Trio Properties is located at 82 Buffeldoorn Road in the suburb of Flamwood.
From its inception, Trio Properties’ business philosophy was to strive for the very best in customer care, building and maintaining relationships between Buyers, Agents, and Sellers. This commitment has resulted in the sale of thousands of residential and commercial properties over the past three decades, making it the real estate leader in the North West Province of South Africa.
Stella van Coller was appointed as one of the best top ten real estate agents in the whole of South Africa. Trio Properties won the Artes 2003 award for outstanding service. The Agency has also received several awards and accolades from various financial institutions during the past years.
Ronnie and Stella van Coller attended the NAR Property Convention in Orlando, USA in 1999, and again in San Francisco, USA in 2000.
Apart from its glowing expertise in sales, Trio Properties also has a large leasing portfolio. The Agency provides a range property management services to owners and lessees. Trio Properties is also a significant player in the local residential construction market, having built 65 houses and townhouses in the KOSH area. Two further major developments are forthcoming over the next five years.
MORE ABOUT THE VAN COLLER FAMILY
Ronnie graduated his Bachelors and Honours degrees in Commerce at the Potchefstroom University for CHE (now North West University). Stella completed her tertiary education in teaching at the same institution. Ronnie and Stella have two children, Veruschka and Ruveix.
Veruschka attended the University of South Carolina in 1998. She played professional tennis for a period of five years, until injury forced her into early retirement from the sport. Veruschka has since qualified as a professional tennis coach at the Van Der Meer Tennis Academy, South Carolina, USA. She has also excelled at the South African real estate examinations, now employed as one of Trio Properties’ top agents.
Ruveix graduated his Bachelors and Masters degrees in Chemical Engineering at the North West University. He also graduated the Bachelor of Laws degree at the University of South Africa. Ruveix recently returned from Australia, where he extended his expertise in patents, trade marks, industrial designs, and intellectual property management. Ruveix also gained his Australian citizenship. Ruveix has joined the local firm of Jassat Mitchell Inc., where he specialises in commercial law.
